You have a real talent. Not everyone can do what you’ve done
I have the same issue. This is a brilliant idea! Thanks for sharing your 3D printing journey
What a great story, I’m so glad you figured out how to get back in the pool!
Congrats, that’s fantastic work!

Thanks! It was a fun and educational process to build this mask, changing a tough situation into a positive experience. Along with the mask, I also found a way to scan noses remotely for custom orders.
@Eren
Are you selling this? I want to try it. I had to stop swimming because of similar problems and this could help me. But I live in Canada…
@Eren
What do you do for work? Are you an industrial engineer or something?

No, I’m just a software developer
Happy you found a way to help yourself but I’m curious. Why not just use dive goggles that cover the nose?

Not the original poster, but I think the dive goggles might not let you exhale air, which is helpful for lap swimming
@Bay
You can blow air out your nose with dive goggles. It’s done to clear the mask

Same idea, this seems to be out there already, but maybe it’s less bulky? I like the innovation, curious about the differences between this and a snorkel mask
@Gracen
Diving masks fog up, not made for swimming
Are you interested in making this a business? I could help you spread this outside
I wish I had access to a saltwater pool
Thanks for sharing your Naska Mask. Have you tried swimming in non-chlorine pools? Such as bromine, UV, or electric treated pools?

I haven’t tried. All the pools I’ve been to have used chlorine.
That’s awesome! I would love to learn more and try them out
Can you share more on how swimming impacted your rhinitis? I fell in love with swimming but had a terrible bout of non-allergic rhinitis at the same time. I stopped swimming during pregnancy and now wonder how much swimming affected my condition.
