Arena Classic silicone cap: how tight is too tight?

I recently tried on a set of Arena classic silicone caps that I bought for my house. Even though I don’t think I have a large head—I just think I’m normal—having these is a weight. They’re extremely tight, not just tight. It’s not at all calming.

Additionally, I’m going to utilize these to somewhat attach my Shokz Openswim. In order to amp up the sound and make them stand out a little, I also got earplugs.

Is this typical, or is it just that you’re growing accustomed to them? Or ought I should try an other brand?

By the way, I wish to shield my guy short hair from the chlorine a little bit.

A silicone swim cap like the Arena Classic should fit snugly but not uncomfortably tight. It should stay in place without causing discomfort or headaches, ensuring a secure fit for swimming.

I use mine with Shokz headphones as well. I have the same one. I’ve found that the cap is reasonably snug without sacrificing comfort, and I’ve never experienced any issues with it slipping or anything. Additionally, I think that after the first swim, it extended a little
