@Arin
Your coach might have some good flexibility exercises to try.
Your fly and free seem to be your best events. If your kick and underwaters need work, focus on that. Talk to your coach about your goals. If they’re not helpful, reach out to college swimmers or coaches online for advice. Many are willing to help if you ask.
@Holt
I just started lifting and doing plyometric work. Hopefully, that will help improve my performance.

Pull-ups are great for fly. Keep at it!
Your sprint fly is solid. Are you lifting weights?
That’s a strong 100 fly time. You’d score at small state meets with that.
Focus on fly. It’s clearly your strength.

I’ve always been more natural at fly than sprint free.

Then train for events like the 200 fly or 200/400 IM. If you want to improve sprinting, hit the gym and focus on building muscle.
I used to feel the same way but found my niche in open water swimming. Maybe you haven’t found your element yet.

I’ve always been interested in trying open water swimming.
@Arin
You should give it a shot. I started with triathlons and fell in love with it.
Swim the event you enjoy the most.
Your fly is solid. Work on strength training—squats, shoulder presses, and lat pulldowns can help. Focus on turns and dolphin kicks off the wall. No breathing on the first stroke is key. Keep at it—you’re doing great.
Your fly time is strong. Based on that, your 100 free could probably be faster. Work on dives and turns. Focus on the 100 fly, 50 free, and 100 free for now.
