Not many sport anime cover the same sport, especially if it’s not a big sport, but I don’t believe there are any other swimming-related anime out there. Basketball, baseball, and golf are a few sports that come to mind as having numerous anime/mangas, however most sports really just have one story that covers it, if there is one at all.
If you’re merely searching for anything with a comparable vibe, Yuri on Ice, if you haven’t seen it previously, is probably a good choice. Tsurune and Yawamushi Pedal are two other options.
