Too much water and draining

This year, we’ve had way too much rain, and I’m dealing with some drainage issues around my yard. Everything was fine last year, but now, there’s standing water that I can’t seem to get rid of. I’ve had to manually drain it a few times, and it’s getting frustrating. I’m not sure what changed or what to do next.

I made a quick video showing the problem (sorry for the noise in the last 30 seconds!). If anyone has suggestions or has dealt with something similar, I’d appreciate your advice! Thanks in advance https://youtu.be/Ifzog0zCv3I

Verify that the value is operating correctly. It’s possible that the valve’s ball is jammed. Mine was replaced by me last year. My configuration is distinct. In order to drain without clogging my pump filter, I have a drain water faucet built in the same line as the pump exit.

It’s difficult to point out, but you mentioned that the unfortunate person on the right “goes outside”. The pipe that leads to the pump and the outside must be turned “ON”. Direct the valve’s handle in the direction of the “outside” pipe.

@DiveDeepDreamer The valve is working great. I checked

@CurrentCraze Thank you I’ll be sure to try that

It seems like you want me to paraphrase something, but I need the specific text you want to be rephrased. Could you share that with me?
