I’ve been wearing jammers for a while, wondering if I should switch to those little briefs like Dressel’s. (Not happening though)
This video is really informative, I’m going to practice that ‘whip’ technique.
@Shai
What’s holding you back? I wore jammers for ages but made the switch to briefs and there’s no going back for me.

What’s stopping me? I used to wear Speedos in my 20s. Now I’m turning 68 soon, and I don’t think anyone wants to see my old body hanging out.

And Dressel is one of the best when it comes to swimming underwater.
This video is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I really like the noise cue part.

It really surprised me when I got what he meant about descending tempo.
For sure! I’m going to study this. Underwater dolphin kicks are my guilty pleasure.

Step 2: be fast
Jumping in for a workout is definitely the worst part.
Love his tattoos!
Who is this handsome guy?
