Hello all,
I have upcoming PT tests which include 3 swimtests. One of them is swimming 25meters with my hands and feet tied.
Does anyone have any technique tips on how to do this properly without panicking and/or sinking to the bottom?
Thanks

Is this a swim test for Navy SEALs or elite military? It doesn’t seem to make sense for any other purpose.
Not navy seals but yes.
Streamline position with your upper body and then dolphin kick with lower. Would need to work breath control and body undulation/form so you aren’t just kicking from your knees and going nowhere. Videos of underwater fly kick will help immensely as that will be what you’re going to replicate. Best of luck
How would you do your breathwork?
Swim under water, come up, breath out, breath in and go back under water?
Yes. Face up dolphin, so like backstroke. Break water for a breath when necessary and then go back down.
