Shokz is the finest. Bluetooth does not operate underwater. There are headphones available that have a wireless transmitter, but they are pricey.

I used water-resistant wired headphones and a waterproofed iPod Shuffle that I fastened to the back of my goggle strap. It was the best I could do. Well, I had to download some music for it. I basically stopped using it since it started to cause too much trouble.
