Hello! Please excuse my ignorance; I am a complete beginner for swimming! I own a single suit. Is it acceptable to wear the same outfit for the whole month? After every session, I remember to rinse it with cold water.

It’s fine to wear your swimwear all month! Rinsing it with cold water after each swim is ideal. This removes chlorine and salt, which can irritate your skin and harm the suit. Just make sure it’s entirely dry before storing it to avoid mildew. You may also handwash it with soft soap occasionally to keep it elastic for longer. Skip the harsh chemicals and drying in the hot sun, and your swimwear will be pleased!

I don’t think I ever rotated swimwear, not even when I was a teenager and went swimming ten times a week.
You should just rinse and hang dry.
When I first started swimming, I only had one suit too. It’s totally fine to wear the same swimsuit for a month as long as you rinse it with cold water after each session. I did this, and my suit held up well. Just make sure to avoid wringing it out too harshly and let it air dry completely. This routine kept my swimsuit in good shape, so you should be good to go!
