This is exactly me. I’ll think about something in my form then “shit forgot to breathe”, swallow half the pool, etc.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing and it’s my favorite time of the day.
Same! It’s the only type of cardio where I really am in tune with the water and my body. I’m usually just thinking about doing this stroke well, making minor adjustments, and I absolutely freakin love it
